POLICIES
To book an appointment, a non refundable $20 deposit is required and will go towards your total. If you have to reschedule, no problem! Please give a 24hr notice and your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. Rescheduling after 24hrs will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No call no show appointments will be cancelled and no longer able to rebook. Please text 602 451-5066 OR email kim@beautyreload.com to reschedule. Please do NOT call to reschedule. Thank you!
